The group was founded in Milan in 1976 , in the rooms of the National Alternative Circle. The founder, Carlo Venturino , wrote countercurrent songs for a year which are presented for the first time in public in February of that year at a concert in Turin with Alberto Clivati ( also the author of two texts ) and Guido Giraudo . The year after they debut officially as "Friends of Wind " in The Hobbit Camp I and this line-up will remain fixed for seven years: Carlo Venturino (vocals and guitar ), Marco Venturino (guitar ), Cristina Constantinescu (vocals) and Guido Giraudo (announcer and stand-up comedian ) . After summer comes the first audio tape that is named after the most famous song at that time : " Black Texture " a satirical piece that attracts the attention of national newspapers such as "Panorama" and that makes win an award at the group by the Socialist Administration Milazzo as most played song of all the radios in the area. They are the first group to bring abroad the Italian Alternative Music : December 18th, 1977 they are invited to play in Madrid during a concert organized for the victims of terrorism, at the Teatro Monumental in front of 3.000 people and in September 1978 to play in Monaco of Bavaria and Sontoffen (Germany) for the Italian Tricolore Committees in the World . Also the brother of Cristina, Constantinescu Fabio, debuted in March 31st, 1980 as a guitarist. On December 27th, 1983 in a tragic car accident Carlo Venturino dies and silence falls over the group. In memory of Carlo March 21st 1986, Marco Venturino , his cousin Paola Arizio , Fabio Constantinescu and Guido Giraudo break the silence with a concert at the cinema Argentina in Milan, where also four new songs written by Marco are presented. More silence (except for a concert in Verona, April 23rd 1988 for the inauguration of a street dedicated to Sergio Ramelli ) until 1993 when for the tenth anniversary of the death of Carlo in addition to republish the old tapes collection box set Marco Venturino records a third one which collects the songs of Carlo remained unpublished and the new ones. The celebrations close with a concert at the Rosetum Theatre in Milan ( filled beyond the limits of capacity) . In addition to the line-up with Marco , Fabio , Guido and the exceptional presence of Cristina, two talents play: Gianluca Tilesi drummer and a bassist . It will also be the first concert of Alternative Music imaged with cameras and then reproduced in VHS . The following year Marco Venturino decided to start playing again , the group joins Claudio Masella (guitar) . On December 2nd 1995 there is a great concert in Monza ( in front of 800 people) with Marco, Claudio, Guido and Fabio and the drummer Gianluca Tilesi joins them, but above all the master Gianni Madonnini playing keyboards who will then often follow the performances of Marco Venturino . In 1996 , after the release of the CD " Progressive rap" both Guido Giraudo and Fabio Constantinescu leave for different reasons the group to which a drummer Dario Bressan is joined. However in 1998 Marco Venturino finally decides to stop playing. The silence that is broken only on the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the death of his brother Carlo, the founder of the group, with a concert on 13th December 2003 at the Carcano Theatre in Milan in front of almost a thousand people. For the occasion, the line-up is largely composed of talents from the world of jazz with which Marco and Fabio also took care of the new.
