While Fallon Bowman had already developed an interest in electronic/industrial music during her time as a Kittie guitarist, she found herself being in conflict with her fellow band members when trying to incorporate these influences into the sound of Kittie. This led to her abandonment of the metal band and to the formation of Amphibious Assault in 2002. So far, the project has resulted in two CD albums, but is now put on hold due to study obligations.
