Amrou Kithkin are a Polish band making atmospheric ethhereal/cold wave music. Established in autumn 2011 as a solo project of Bartek Wrona, then the vocalist/guitarist of the Łódź-based indie rock band ExcuseMe?! Following ExcuseMe?!'s demise, Bartek returned to his home city of Kielce and focused entirely on electronics, inspired by such genres as minimal wave, witchhouse, shoegaze and ambient. In 2014, he was joined by Piotru, ExcuseMe?!'s former drummer. Thus began their musical adventure together. In December 2014 the duo received a special award from the jury at the Fenomen Festival. On the 30th of April, 2015, the band's debut - the White Passage EP, was released. Amrou Kithkin's subsequent releases are: the Principalities EP from 2016 and the Lamentations EP from 2017. The duo has played several concerts, which included opening for KRÓL at the DOM club in Łódź and opening for Geometric Vision as part of Unknown Pleasures - a cyclical event in Kraków. In 2018, Amrou Kithkin’s live lineup gained one additional member – Grzesiu – serving the role of the band’s live bassist and roadie. On the 4th of June, 2018, the band appeared on the cyclical radio show “Trójka Żąda Debiutów” on Polish Radio Three.
