Group formed in September 1977, in Hemel Hempstead, England and originally called Will B and the Has Beens. Described as "a cross between the Bonzo Dog Band and The Jam". The band band split up towards the end of 1978. Members: Mick Sinclair (guitar), Phil Seaton (vocals), John Cook (vocals), Paul Ingram (drums), John Goddard (bass), Tony Ingram (saxophone).
