In 1992, Karlof, Westlake, and Cantwell decide to resurrect their loosely-assembled high school band after hearing Slint's SPIDERLAND LP. They call the trio Analogue after their first show is booked (a benefit in Wilmington, NC, at which they close with "Hot Horse" by Foetus).
