Originally formed in 1981 as Nihilistic Insurrection, they were also known as P.O.P.P.I.E.S. or Prisoners Of Pain And Power In Every State. They released 2 tapes, and recorded an EP which was never released. They broke up in 1984 and reformed briefly in 1985.
