Producer of Electronic and Dance

Montreal producer Ana+one wants to connect. It could be a patch on a modular synth, a hook that moves the dance floor, or an emotion rendered through sound; whatever the method, his purpose is connectivity. Influenced by early moments of self-discovery and the desire to regenerate the same inspirations through music, Ana+one got his start in the underbelly of his native Hamilton, Ontario in the 1990s, with a brief relocation to Toronto before landing in Montreal in the early 2000's, the city he now calls home. His focus eventually shifted to production, and the continuous motion of his life proved an effortless translation into his unique sound: his take on dance music comes with a distinct brand of funk. His connection to music continues to draw from the universality of experience: exploration, evolution, and the rhythm of everyday sounds.
