Ancourage was an alternative indie rock band from the Detroit, Michigan region, active from 2003 to 2008. They started out under the name "Anchorage" but quickly changed name to "Ancourage" in 2005 to avoid confusion between other bands. In August of 2008 Ancourage played their last show. Their second full-length album was released posthumously.
