Belgian composer and conductor, born January 28th, 1942 in Mouscron, Belgium; died November 22nd, 2015 in Lille, France. He first played trumpet and evolved to one of the most prolific composers of brass and orchestral music. He was award-winning and worked at the conservatory of Tournai and was professor for harmonics at the Royal Conservatory Brussels.
