Andreas Anton Schmelzer (Schmeltzer) (also Andreas Anton Schmelzer von Ehrenruef; * 26. November 1653 in Vienna; † 13. October 1701) was an Austrian violinist and composer, one of the best renown violinists of Austria. He was one of three sons of Johann Heinrich Schmelzer who chose the profession of the famous father.
