Composer of Classical
Andrew Waggoner - composer, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, in 1960. He first studied composition at the New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts, later continuing his education at the Eastman School of Music and Cornell University, where he earned the Doctor of Musical Arts degree in 1986. Waggoner is a member of the American Composers Alliance and has received grants from ASCAP, Meet the Composer, the New York Federation of Music Clubs, and the Eastman School of Music.
