Andy Wiswell
Producer
Pop / rock / jazz record producer who worked with Judy Garland, Perry Como, Harry Belafonte and many others, and won a Grammy in 1968 as a producer for the original cast album of the musical “Hair.” Wiswell served as vice president in charge of recording for Muzak Corp. in the 1940s, and then became A&R record producer for Capitol Records in the 1950s and 1960s, and worked as a producer for RCA Records before retiring in 1973. He passed away December 17, 1999.
