A well-travelled and recognised performer (many years as part of Luis Alberto Del Parana / Reynaldo Meza's Paraguayos troupé before settling in the USA for a time), Mr. Garcia also gives guitar workshops and has recorded several albums in Europe, most notably with Italian songstress Mina (3). Angel "Pato" Garcia ("pato" is Spanish for "duck") has subsequently moved to Paraguay, recorded a tribute CD of Luis Alberto Del Parana songs and co-founded the "Guairá Producciones" co..
