Guitarist, born July 23, 1945 in Misiones, Argentina. A well-travelled and recognised performer (many years as part of Luis Alberto Del Parana / Reynaldo Meza's Paraguayos troupé before settling in the USA for a time), Mr. Garcia also gives guitar workshops and has recorded several albums in Europe, most notably with Italian songstress Mina (3).
