He was born on May 4, 1942 in Huamalies Street in Los Barrios, Lima. Author of compositions such as "Ruperta", "Cariñito", "False indifference", among many others, was perhaps one of the few talents that made his music transcend borders. So his theme "Stupid of Me" was used in the film "Galling Downg" for Warner Bros. Also various foreign artists popularized their themes at various times, which filled him with pride. He died in Lima on September 10, 2008.
