A.k.a. Angel Carrasco
Angel Carrasco is a Cuban-American with over thirty-five years in the Recording Music Business. He started his career at CBS Records as a Promotion and Sales Representative for Southeastern USA. In 1983 he transferred to the Dominican Republic to open the CBS operations until 1985. Back in Miami he was in charge of A&R for the US Latin Division including Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. In 1999 he was made head of A&R for the Latin Region overseeing the artistic activities of all Sony Subsidiaries in Latin America. Mr.Carrasco retired from Sony in 2008 and has done consultant work for Sony and other labels. He also launched his own label, Apollo Music; which he has since released it's management reigns. He is currently part of the team for Spic Music, which is gaining recognition with the group “Spicalicious”, going up in the charts with their first single “Taste of Fame”. Their first production will be released in early 2013 distributed worldwide by Sony Music.
