The band was created during the Fête de la Musique in the city of Rennes, France, in 1985. Bébert LeChat is on vocals and guitar, Etienne Maignen on guitar, Psycho Gourou Doctor on drums. Their first bassist Jean-Yves Douillard will join Wart and soon be replaced by Miguel Matagez "Combo" Marinesco (a.k.a Boulmich) from Kalashnikov (6). After quite some concerts, the formation will be joined by another guitarist in the person of Eric "Magic Trip". End of 1986, Bébert leaves the band to create Merci Simka, Maignen will then take the lead vocals, and in January 1987, the structure will play the first part of the set before Les Garçons Bouchers, in Salle De La Cité, Rennes. In 1988, they win the springboard Rock & Solex, prior to the release of Bloody Smile.
