Ankie is a Swedish pop singer who started as a back up singer for Lili & Sussie. She released her big hit "People Say It's In The Air" in 1988 and in 1989 she followed with the major hits "Where Were You Last Night" and "I Was Made For Loving You". In 1993 Ankie released her last album "From The Heart". She was also one of the backing vocalists when Tommy Nilsson competed in Melodifestivalen in 1989.
