Annabelle met Alex Chilton in New Orleans in the early 1980's where they briefly dated. As a non-US citizen she had visa problems so she moved back to the UK with George Reinecke where they married. After that marriage broke down she moved back to the US circa 1986 where she briefly resumed her relationship with Chilton before moving to California to take up organic farming.
