The Swedish soprano Anna-Maria Krawe, from Örebro, started her musical training at Vadstena and studied with Britta Johansson and Hans Gertz in Malmö and Susanna Rigacci in Florence. She graduated from the University College of Opera in Stockholm in 2002 and has performed rôles such as Clara and Gustav IV in Werle’s opera Tintomara, Poppea in Monteverdi’s L’incoronazione di Poppea, Tatyana in Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin, Mimì in Puccini’s La Bohème and Donna Elvira in Mozart’s Don Giovanni.
