From 1992 untill 1995, she studied cello at the Barratt-Dues conservatory in Oslo taught by Natasha Brofsky en Bjorn Solum. She concluded her education at the Koninklijke Conservatorium, Den Haag taught buy Jean Decroos en Monique Bartels.
