Track 4.5 is listed on the CD artwork but in fact there are only 4 tracks on Disc 4. Comes in 2 separate double CD jewel cases with folding out tray. Both jewel cases are packed together with an O-card sleeve. One jewel case holds a 10-page booklet. The other holds a 14-page booklet. Notes are in English. Made in Switzerland.
