Late 19th century pianist Vilem Kurz made several stylistic changes to the solo part, particularly by using octave doubling, and this is the edition used on this recording. Recorded in 9th and 11th April, 1954 in the Severance Hall, Cleveland, Ohio. Released in 1955 as Columbia ML 4967.
