Recorded between Christmas Day and New Year's Eve 2010 using: Steingraeber 130 upright piano. Audio Technica AT4033 microphone. Lexicon reverb. Cheap violin. Voice. This album has been mastered to retain dynamics, not to enhance loudness. To appreciate these pieces fully, please adjust your volume accordingly or use headphones. Thanks to Colin Herrick. Limited to 50 hand-numbered copies. Each hand-stamped mini disc in its hand-lettered sleeve comes inside a uniquely collaged and hand-worked 3.5″ square little box with lid. Nestled under the disc on a piece of cranberry colored felt is a perfectly fitting capital letter A made from individually hand-cut and reassembled, somewhat battered antique piano keys. Burnt into each A with a wood burning tool is the name of the artist, in cursive script.
