Released in two editions. Limited box edition includes the vinyl lp plus a kite and a comic. Gatefold vinyl lp with download. "anu" is the culmination of a creative process spanning from the late zeros to late 2011. The music itself being the brainchild of Ilias Pantoleon (GR) was co-materialized with Mampre Kasardjian (GR), Francesco Alessi (IT), Cory Bracken (US), Stanislav Nikolov (BG), Michael Hanf (US), William Lang (US), Kenneth Advocat (US), and Andrew Kozar(US) in New York and Brooklyn NY, USA and Athens, Greece. The album, amongst other things, proposes an organic interaction between a chamber ensemble and a modern band, the barks and wailings of stray dogs with bass-drone mayhem, the simplicity of a Waltz with the intricacy of fabricated soundscapes, and flirts with the fine line between irony and cynicism, humor and pathos. Mixed and produced by Panagiotis Delinikolas at Spork Studio and mastered by Helmut Erler at Dubplates and Mastering.
