Aphelion (pronounced Ap-heel-e-on)is the electronic project from ex. Cradle of Filth member Stuart Anstis. Stuart was the writing force and guitarist behind this supremo black metal bands' best selling albums "Dusk And Her Embrace" and "Cruelty And The Beast". He was a member of COF for 4 years and took them to the successful heights they are currently expierencing. He has subsequently left the band and is currently writing new material for a new metal project, provisionally called "Bastardsun". However, between COF and this new project there have been recordings made that are more electronic in style, and the Aphelion CD is the culmination of these recordings.
