The Orchestra was born in 1915 under the name of "La Infantil". The first concert was held on October 4, 1915. A pioneering orchestra of plectrum in the Spanish state and that at present is formed by more than 30 musicians. It surpasses the folkloric plane of the classic rondalla, and acquires a sonorous fullness and a truly remarkable musical coloring. It combines the entrepreneurial spirit of the youth with the experience that gives the veteran, acquiring a remarkable prestige. The orchestra is established in Alcoy (Alicante, Spain).
