Canadian radio programmer, record executive, producer, and arranger a.k.a. Art Collins. A tireless advocate of Canadian content, Collins started in the radio business in 1948 at CKEY Toronto. He then moved to CHUM Toronto in 1951, CFCF Montreal in 1956 and then to CFRB Toronto in 1957 as Programming Dorector where he would remain in that role until the late 1970s. Collins was closely connected with Canadian Talent Library and often consulted them on artists and releases.
