Born in Kenya to a Ugandan family on 23rd February 1980, Art Jones hails from the town of Mmabatho, Northwest Province, South Africa. Graduating with a degree in Contemporay Music, he went on to produce for and work with Lebo Mathosa, DJ Christos and Blackcoffee, and he was half of the successful Sis n' Jones duo with DJ Sisco. In 2006, Mr. Jones set up Seamless Music with Peter Mooka. Sadly, "AJ" was found hanging in his garage after having died on Friday, the 13th of March 2009.
