As Fast As is an alternative rock band which formed in Portland, Maine, United States in 2004. The band consists of Spencer Albee (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Haché Horchatta (bass), Zach Jones (guitar) and Andrew Hodgkins (drums). Albee, Horchatta and Jones are former members of the defunct power pop act Rocktopus and Albee was also the former keyboardist for another Portland based rock band, Rustic Overtones. As Fast As has released three albums: "Open Letter to the Damned" (2004/2006), "Destroy the Plastique Man" (2008) and "AFA for Effort" (2009).
