These songs originally appeared on three, poorly-dubbed cassettes released in the mid-90's to the very select few who gave a damn. They were: Jonathan Martin's Combat with the Black Lion of Hell and All His Combined Power, The Bachelor Butcher Bishop, and Four Hankie Triumph. Bucky Dent was written for Lyrix Xchange, a "splitter" cassette with the legendary Caleb Fraid and features lyrics by Caleb. Goldilocks appears here in a rerecorded version from 1999, the original four-track master from Jonathan Martin being seemingly lost forever among my unorganized piles of tapes. Over the Gears was recorded in 2002 and you lucky devils are hearing it for the first time.
