The idea of ASP originated sometime in 1999 by Keith Palumbo (Gomez (4), Fourth Grade Nothing, Sea Of Thousand). While working at Waterloo Records in Austin, TX, Keith met Chris Cline; with nothing but song titles and ideas for over 2 years, Chris moved back to his place of birth and the project was put off until 2002. After spending a couple of days in the studio working on the music, Keith and Chris recruited Craig Moore (Employer, Employee, Sea of Thousand) for the vocals.
