Astral Dance is Pelle Händén, a Swedish synthesist and pioneer within Swedish electronica music who has always proved his worth as both an exemplary synthesist and composer of progressive soundscapes from beyond. He reveals himself as a multi-instrumentalist of great adeptness. All in all his music cutting across and blending a wide range of styles most effectively. A sense of atmosphere plays a key role and creates energetic electronica soundtrack-like moods. Astral Dance is a splendid machinery of talented creations. It is both very dark and wonderfully bright. There is plenty to choose from here. From soothing arpeggios, to the snarling but graceful drums. It is a world filled to the brim of oriental delights and music paradises. Slight basses and hums tiptoe. Dark pads sneak in then back out again. Twinkles of stars represent the sweet sounding arpeggios. High notes reaching the very sky and plucking the moon from it. Settling it nicely in us all.
