Release date not listed anywhere but likely 1991, as the catalogue number is towards the end of the StarTrax series (I purchased this in '91) Although not mentioned or indicated anywhere on the packaging, tracks 1-3, 5, 7, 8 & 10 are live recordings, date/location unknown. Cover, insert and disc give the title "Southern Fried" but this is not listed on spine.
