This is the first issue of "Leonard Cohen Songs" and has a cardboard sleeve (digipack) with pictures and credits. A booklet with pictures is included. The song "Lover, Lover" was recorded live at Theater Bouwkunde, Deventer Thanks to: Eric Facon, Chrigu Schmutz, Joeri Saal, Christan Muiser, Seppo Pietikäinen, OPERA ontwerpers Breda, Marc Hendrickx, Rob Verschoor In 2005 ten tracks from this album were released as Leonard Cohen Yesterday's Tomorrow. This CD album by Henk Hofstede is accompanied by a book from author Marc Hendrickx called "Leonard Cohen Yesterday's Tomorrow". This project was the birth of Avalanche Quartet.
