New face of French techno music, Axel Picodot represents a whole generation of self-taught producers who shaped their personnality within the underground world but outside the classical codes. Passionate about electronic music since he received his first CDJs at age 16, he';s influenced by 90's rave music which he transforms into modern compositions that would hit any challenging dancefloor. Obsessed by fast rythms and heavy loops, Axel's music bears UK influences, industrial sounds and percussive imprints which shows his passion for overhelming and uncompromissing techno. Releasing music on Arts, Grounded, Raven Sigh, Wrongnotes his productions are supported by the likes of Perc, Dax J and Keith Carnal what got him the entrance to many clubs as a valuable producer besides Clouds, Gary Beck, Ansome or UVB. Now touring across Europe, he had remarkable stops at Depot Club in Amsterdam, at the Rex Club in Paris or at the Steelyard in London where he's resident for the Distortion parties.
