AYAME (アヤメ) is a visual kei drummer from Osaka, Japan. He debuted as HIRO (25) as the drummer of L～CYFER and later joined the Matina leading band MIRAGE (44). In 1998 he changed his name to AYAME. After MIRAGE disbanded in 2000 AYAME briefly played with ADEIL, JELLY BERRY and Lily. None of these projects actually lasted more than few months and AYAME eventually retired from the music scene around 2002.
