Rock
Azriel (Glasgow, UK) were a 5-piece melodic metalcore band. Their debut EP ‘Burn Illusionary Night’ was the Thirty Days Of Night Records’ third release, originally appearing in 2005, though due to its popularity and overwhelming demand it was later re-issued with alternative artwork in 2006. The band went on the road with label-mates Bring Me The Horizon and Architects in support of the EP, as well as a second tour with future label mates Everette. Their live shows garnered the band a solid following, marking them out as one the leading bands in the genre both on stage and on record. They further solidified this position by releasing a split EP with then TDON label mates Eternal Lord in the spring of 2006. 2008 marked the release of the Azriel’s first full-length album, which was also the first full length release for Thirty Days of Night. Entitled ‘A Will of Fire’, the album was recorded and mastered by Jason Sanderson (Errander, In At the Deep End Records) and was released on both CD and Vinyl formats. Azriel released 'The Miles Between' in 2014 on Thirty Days Of Night Records.
