Jazz, Electronic and Rock
A multi-instrumental avant-fusion trio from Chicago, USA, formed by members of Neutral Milk Hotel and The Gerbils. Bablicon's music ran a wide gamut of styles cross-breading old Canterbury (Soft Machine, National Health) and RiO (Henry Cow, Muffins, This Heat, etc.) influences with cutting-edge new forms of no jazz, no wave and stoner rock. Split-off / related projects include Need New Body and A Hawk And A Hacksaw.
