A.k.a. Banda Municipal De Irún Banda De Música "Ciudad De Irun"
Look to Banda De Música "Ciudad De Irun" for recording after 1972. Spanish brass band from the city of Irun (Guipuzcoa). The Municipal Band was created in 1901, after accepting the City Council as a municipal band formed by D. Regino Ariz, who was appointed conductor. Dissolved in 1904, appeared the denominated "Paz y Labor", directed by the same Ariz. Transformed back into Municipal Band in 1909, its directors were successively: César Figuerido (1909-1913), Manuel Gonzalo Soto-Pinto (1913-1915), José Franco Ribate (1915-1918), Theodoro Murua (1919-1961) ), Luis Emparan Arreche (1961) and José Mª González Bastida (1962-1972).
