Founded in 1850 under the name of "Banda Del Asilo De Mendicidad De San Fernando", since 1903 belongs to the Sevilla City Council first known as "Banda Municipal De Sevilla" and later as "Banda Sinfónica Municipal De Sevilla" Historical conductors: Andrés Palatín Palma since 1850. Antonio Palatín(Son of previous) since 1866. Manuel Font y Fernández De La Herranz since 1895. Re-founded. José Del Castillo Díaz since 1933. Pedro Braña Martínez since 1944. Jose Albero Frances since 1973. Francisco Javier Gutierrez Juan since 2003.
