Battle Royal was a group of Wrestling stars, mostly out of the German CCW Promotion group. Their leader "Big" Otto Wanz was Austria's outstanding figure in the very popular Wrestling business of the early 90ties. He collaborated with pop musician Alex Rehak for this project which got lots of Air-play in Austria. The song still gets played from time to time.
