BEAT FOR SALE is half way between Kraut Pop and Analogical Electro. An unlikely musical recipe made of a spoonful of analogical synthesizer, a mixt of hip hop beat, a pinch of saturation, an aftertaste of cold wave. The whole spiced up with syncopated chanted words. It has to be tried and tasted; one has to grab hold of it, savour slowly its rhythm. This alchemy takes full power on stage. With its experience of sets, The Metz’s trio pretty appreciates this performance. BEAT FOR SALE is a hybrid recipe which comes directly from a diversified musical syncretism. It would be like mixing up Peached, DJ Premier and Krafwerk in a magic box and see what comes out. Long live the magic trio.
