Ben Edmonds (born June 8, 1950, Cape Elizabeth, Maine, USA - died March 11, 2016, Detroit, Michigan, USA) began his career as a music journalist and as an editor at Creem magazine from 1971 to 1975. He later worked in A&R at various labels including EMI, Capitol Records and Arista. He is credited as discovering the band Mink DeVille. He is also the author of several books on music artists.
