Bend The Sky is a band from Perth, Australia, which plays atmospheric post-rock, symphonic, death & math metal with elements of classical orchestration and keys. They started as friends who jammed together regularly in ever-changing line-ups from 2004 to 2009, who initially formed the (satirically named) band "Satanical Beverage" with a vocalist in 2008. In 2009, they parted ways with vocals and wrote instrumental songs. In 2010 they continued refining their sound and came up with the name, Bend The Sky. 2011-2012, self-produced and recorded an album to be titled "Origins," released July 1, 2012. In March 2013, they self-released the Observatory EP.
