Grammy-award winning engineer Benedetto Antonio Caccavale (“Nino”) has worked in a multitude of genres and styles, collaborating with artists from Ennio Morricone (Mission to Mars Soundtrack) to Burning Spear (Our Music). New York born and raised, he honed his record-making chops at the prestigious, world-renowned studio The Hit Factory. During his time there, Nino worked on a series of recordings by R&B and neo-soul artist Maxwell. Many years of working closely with Maxwell and his co-writer and producer, Hod David, enabled Benedetto to also develop and polish his songwriting and production abilities. Nino won the Grammy for “Best Male R&B Album” in 2009 for Maxwell’s BLACKsummers'night.
