Soft cover, 325 pages incl. over 160 unnumbered pages of b/w photographs. The CD is included in a clear plastic sleeve loose in the back of the book. Some copies of the CD included mention FMR on the CD face, some not. A Crystal Journey Tracks 10 and 11 from Michel Deneuve - La Vie De Marie CD In an effort to produce music that is in chronological order we have had to use music from early vinyl recordings, some over thirty years old. As some of the original master tapes are now lost, every effort has been made through the electronic process to enhance their fidelity, so in some cases the reproduction may not be as good as the original.
