Talented South African Writer and Producer of eductional stories and songs for children's radio and television programmes. She won first prize in the coveted "Japan Minister of Education Prize" in 1972. Writing in both English and Afrikaans, many of her songs and stories were released on LP records. She was born in Pretoria (South Africa) 7 June 1919 and died in Jerusalem (Israel) 19 January 2015.
