Bialy is a RAC project formed in 2003 By Tim Wilka from Jay, New York USA. Before Bialy came to be there was 3 members in the band and the called themselves "Adirondack Skinheads" Releasing a Demo Titles "White Pride World Wide" Tim Wilka was born in Poland before moving to the USA as a child.
