Classical compositions and roaring guitars have created a boost somewhere in the musical heart of BIAM, which in 1992 flicked the switch of an old MSX computer and inspired him to create the first Mellow and Hardcore House tracks by himself. The MSX was followed by the Fasttracker, but the real flow of musical thought patches came when he started to connect the Korg Electribes and 303 clone x0xb0x to his soul. The computer disappeared into a distant corner of his subconscious and made room for genuine synthesizers and drum machines. After a few live sessions in Area51 and Burgers, in 2010 also Zodiak Commune got convinced; BIAM`s spacey Ambient soundscapes and trippy Tekno sets - both with Acid as the indispensable motive - are programmed to more and more parties like Tacnival, Rocking to India and FYWFE and this year even at Eighteen and Queensday Festival. In addition, BIAM is the musical guide who takes you on adventures in the creaking depths of the brain of Afterlight. His twisted music ideas have meanwhile been recorded on vinyl, on the analog pleasure bomb Zodiak Commune Records 008 - Limited Edition I (www.triplevision.nl/release/ZC008) his track "Domantik " is one of the defibrillation tracks that reflects many years of underground madness.
