For Promotion Only - Not For Sale. This promo CD is also a limited numbered edition. The number is stamped on the inside of the back insert and can viewed through the clear green CD holder (see images). Jeff Rougvie, who assembled this release, has explained that the numbering is not particularly linear or consistent, with perhaps 87% or so all being #007.
